New Ministry Opportunities and Unexpected Blessings

Our team has continued to faithfully serve! We are particularly praising God–recently, the missionaries who have been serving within Ukraine were able to spend a week with their wives and children, who are spread across Europe. Some of them decided to return with the guys–there are now three families and two single missionary ladies in Ukraine as well. Our team has decided to use the property to host internally displaced Ukrainians from the east, so the ladies will be particularly focused on that ministry.

The opportunity to visit was especially sweet for Dima and Rita–Rita is the pregnant missionary we have been praying for. Glory be to God, things are going well with the baby, but we would ask you to continue to pray for her, as she recently lost her father in a car accident in Russia. Rita and Dima, in particular, have mentioned their deep gratitude for the faithful and continued prayers of our dear friends across the world.

Upon their return, the team brought humanitarian aid to Ukraine, which they distributed–medicine to hospitals, food to churches and centers, and also more supplies to the liberated towns.

Thus far, over 750 people have been evacuated from the Donbas region by our team. Every day, they’ve been driving vans into the area–they are having some issues with their vehicles after all the mileage they have put on them due to the evacuations, so this week, they spent some time fixing them.

Our ministry is currently focused in three main directions: continued evacuation from the east, hosting and caring for the internally displaced Ukrainians who will be staying on our property, and delivering aid throughout the Kyiv area and to the liberated towns. Our WOL teams also continue to faithfully serve displaced Ukrainians in Romania and the Czech Republic.

Thank you for your continued prayer and support. The family of God has come together in an incredible way during this time, and we are extremely grateful.

Please, Continue to Pray

  • Please pray for Rita as she copes with the loss of her father; pray for support and peace as she grieves
  • Pray for our guys as they continue providing aid and evacuating Donbas region especially is very dangerous.
  • Pray for wisdom in ministry direction for our Ukrainian leadership team
  • Pray that our team would establish good rapport and form connections with the internally displaced Ukrainians they’ll be hosting on property

  1. May God’s mighty hand of protection and blessing be upon each of you as you demonstrate his love by being his hands and feet to the people of Ukraine. May our Father in Heaven protect you, comfort you and keep you healthy for the work you are doing. May Jesus light your way and the Holy Spirit guide your steps.
I am teaching Missions in June to our children in the Plymouth, Massachusetts area as they attend Vacation Bible School (VBS). Our Mission will be to pray for, and financially help support, your team as they serve the internally displaced people of Ukraine on property and beyond. We will do our best to share with the children what they can do to help and I know, God hears our prayers and yours!
1 John 5:14 “This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us.” amen.
